Being in ballet, jazz, and all other kinds of dance I grew up around leggings, bodysuits, leotards, tight, flashy, fits that shine on stage. Being in Hollywood, and around celebrities, I became familiar with what looks good, and how well put together outfits should be. Seeing materials, sequins, and flashy fabric would make my eyes sparkle. I wanted so badly to design. A lot of times I wanted items that could never be found anywhere. At that time only casual leggings and bodysuits could be found. Simple black or white spandex ones. I saw a demand, so I fulfilled the supply to launch my ideas. I have a lot of favorites, but mainly ones who specialize in shoes, and hand bags. I can relate to Betsey Johnson because she has that fun, girly, flashy, shiny outfits with different colors. I always enjoy her collections and jewelry. A lot of celebrities have worn my pieces. From musicians, to artists, tv stars, tv reality stars, you name it. The list is so long! There's no telling where my future might lead... it's all happened so fast there's nothing I can't do. Might be some TV shows, different types of clothing, maybe children wear, men's lines. Collaborations with other big companies, maybe department stores, make-up, the way things are going for me, the possibilities are endless. Right now there are about 6. And several others we are still working deals with, and some that are awaiting their requested items! A dream celeb for me would Beyonce and Jennifer Lopez. They both are women I look up to... I love their style, their parenting skills, their business moves, and they ve both have been capable of doing 10 different things at the same time and successfully accomplishing them! There are so many stores in Los Angeles where I m from, Las Vegas doesn t have many. Also, the cost of running a business is not comparable. Plus, starting out as an online store, I could have picked anywhere. Vegas has a lot of shows, showgirls, etc... designing for them too is an endless possibility. A lot of my items are already edgy and sexy. I see a lot of designers doing the same thing i.e. jewelry, make-up, etc. Not too many designers are doing lingerie, mainly the heavy hitters like Victoria s Secret or Fredrick s of Hollywood. I just want to bring my style to the bedroom women can feel sexy in! It ll be shiny, glittery, rhinestone pieces, the kind of pieces maybe for special occasions!
